I ordered this in the bulldog sizing, L, because my dog has a very broad and muscled front of chest, not just deep chest measurement. I knew the legs would be too short but wanted to be sure neck area fit as this is where she is relatively largest. Even so, the suit was too tight across the front of the chest as you can see in front photo and this made the under side of the coat too short even though the back length was correct. Other photo. Also, the top of the legs are cut too narrow. Basically it was like an orange strait jacket on her and she wouldn't/couldn't move.However, I like the fabric and it seemed well made. So going to order in the regular sizes but XXL and pray that this works. It would be nice if you could cinch the waist as I suspect when I get the larger size, this area will hang down as the buckles don't seem to tighten this area.My suggestion to seller is please start making in Khaki or brown/tan. It's hard to find a dull colour that's not going to show all the mud. Most of the mud/rain suits for dogs on here are bright colours, patterns, grey and black.

Having got really fed up with the awful mud on every dog walk lately I thought this had to solve the problem! Like all good ideas they have their own problems this one is struggling to get it on the dog and my dog is really patient.Once on all is well and definitely helps keep mud off tummy’s etc!!

Although it's a lightweight rain jacket it is good at keeping off the worst of the mud on our dog walks. The rustling from the fabric is at first a bit noisy but at least you know where the dogs are.The trick to getting this on is front legs first, use the popper to secure b4 putting in the back legs. Washes really easily and dry in no time.

Needed a very lightweight coat for our fluffy dog - she soaks up water and dirt like she's a magnet for anything damp. This helped to keep her front legs, back and chest area clean and drying during a consistent downpour (it was exceptionally wet when we tested it). Obviously the pots where it's open for her to do her business still got wet but meant she took far leas time to get dry. We tried 3 other coats before this that didn't fit due to her size and fluff! It's very easy to get on - front legs 1st then use the popper to hold in place before the back legs and it zips up easily. It's very thin by design (we are not looking for warmth from a coat - just protection from the elements). So far happy with it, will make sure we wash with waterproofing wash to keep it effective)

Fits my Poochon perfectly. Works well with the Truelove harness and collar.Keeps my dog clean but not sure if it will keep him dry when the weather is wet or warm in very cold weather. Update - it has kept him reasonably dry and clean in grizzly conditions.

Bought for toy poodle but turned out to small but excellent service received very quickly and unfortunately had to send back but refunded very quickly

Nice coat,well made but it's only showerproof and not waterproof.I Got a larger size for my Springer/Cross and it was too big but fine with a jumper underneath it. Washes well and mud wipes off easily. I thought for £36 it was a little expensive compared to other waterproof coats I have bought before.

Ok, so I read reviews before I purchased, I am super happy with the look and performance of this jacket! Worn for the first time today, fits my 2 cockerpoos perfectly, medium sized dogs, not overweight, one is 14kg and one is 13kg, and we ordered the XL. The legs touch the dew claws and can be tightened by Velcro to fit more snug, the two clasps on the side aren’t adjustable but do bring the fabric under the belly a little tighter, as I said a perfect fit for my two. Good cut for wees and poops, takes about 30-40 seconds to put on if your dog is compliant 😜 well made and had several compliments on our first walk. Have to say we got caught at the top of Stannage Edge in the Derbyshire Peak District today in torrential rain that lasted over 20 mins( quite scared at one point I might add)! Myself and husband were soaked through to skin and could wring our socks out, obvs the dogs legs and faces were wet but when the rain stopped I checked under the coat and they were dry, well impressed. Water droplets sit on the coat in light rain too but didn’t manage a pic of that. All in all I would highly recommend these coats, not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for!
