Splendid! And can run off rechargeable USB power packs instead of disposable batteries.
I love this inflatable dragon costume! I thought it was great to begin with, but inflatables are such battery hogs that all the waste spoils the fun for me. But then I saw on the instructions that you can disconnect both AA battery packs (it uses 2 x 4-AA battery packs, and you really do need both to keep the costume properly inflated) and instead connect the fans to the USB ports on rechargeable power packs. We already have several in our household, and they worked like a charm. I'm psyched to get the drama (and let's face it, zero effort) of the big dragon suit without the guilt/expense of all those AA batteries. Yay!I'm 5'3" and the large suit fits me fine, but it feels like there's plenty of room for a taller person. I felt a little claustrophobic before it inflated (you're fully enclosed, with a plastic-fronted panel to see through, but it's got a constant source of outside air, so it's not stuffy), but once it was inflated, I was fine. There is a fan mounted on each side, with a pocket under each armpit to hold the battery pack or power pack. You can push the battery pockets into the armpits, and the weight of the packs keeps them comfortably in place and out of the way (the pockets on other inflatable costumes we've used have been less secure so I'm happy with these). With both fans on, it inflates very quickly. I tried using just one fan, and even after several minutes, the head was still sagging to one side. Within seconds of turning on the second fan, it was perfectly inflated. If you turn both on from the get-go, it inflates in less than a minute. The costume is detailed and fun, and in it you'll look great jumping and dancing around.Visibility is limited and it's a little hard at first to get a sense how much space you're taking up, especially with so much of the inflatable portion--the wings and tail--behind you. But it's comfortable and very lightweight and easy to wear, and since it's not rigid, you can squeeze through in a pinch. It also feels easier to walk or dance around in that some of the other inflatables my family has tried. That T-rex one, for instance, can make you feel a little hobbled. This has a decent range of movement. The only thing I wish it had was some way to get your hands out if you need them. Some combination of elastic cuffs and fold-over paws, like the feet have, would be great. As it is, your hands are about as maneuverable as they would be stuffed in paper bags.

Fun and well made
Costume is well made and works with my sons size without any issues. He is 15 and 5'9. We attached a portable battery pack instead of the traditional pack that it comes with that requires standard batteries. Worked like a charm. He only wore it for a short period so far to make sure it would fit and didn't have any problems before halloween. He is happy with it and I am satisfied knowing that it will last for many halloweens to come if anyone needs to use it again. Thank you.

Super fun! Inflaters can be USB powered, and arms move around!
This is a fun costume! Some notes - I'm 6' tall and I can see downward out of the view area okay - not great visibility but it's okay. I think if you are taller than 5'5 it will be okay but any shorter and you might not be able to see where you're stepping. It has two fans under the armpits - and you can adjust them to blow in your face, which is important if you're old like me and pass a lil' something while inside there, for sure! The only problem with the fan placement is that, being under your armpits, they get closed off if you lower your arms for any length of time.I love the fact that the fans can be USB powered. I'd recommend going with a USB power pack, for sure.It stays upright, and you can put your arms in the dragon's arms, and move them around. From the photos it looks like the dragon arms are attached to the body but they're not - they move around! When packing it back up in its snap bag, you will need to reinforce the bag seams with some packing tape. It rips easily. Not unexpected...A great costume! I think I can rig the mouth to move with movements of my jaw so Draggin' can talk to people. :)My neighbor's dog, needless to say, did NOT at ALL like seeing a dragon outside. Haha!

Ok, this is fun!
Apart from the bit where i'm not sure if my dog will ever speak to me again, this is wicked fun! It really did inflate nicely, and i love the dual fan thing that keeps it inflated and offers really decent air flow. It's freakin huge! I was going to wear it in the shop for our halloween/anniversary bash, but i ended up knocking things over left and right, so i'll just run up and down the street with a party sign instead. Hopefully there won't be too many people on heavy drugs that day.

Huge and so fun
This black dragon inflatable costume is probably the biggest one I have ever gotten. I love how it has such a large presence (especially with the wings). It inflates pretty well because it has 2 motors one under each arm to help it stay inflated. It is definitely for an adult, my 8 year old wanted to try this and there is no way it would have worked. I can’t wait to use this at Halloween and anytime I just feel like being a dragon. ❤️
