Works really well, ran a 300 watt immersion heater nicely from a lead acid battery.Compared to others this unit is nicely compact. Which is a huge plus for in car use.I almost returned as thought Fan was not working...until it kicked in eventually!I tested it in 95 degrees F temperature and fan did not kick in, tried loading it up with 10amp car battery charger and laptop in charge mode, still no fan.But then it kicked in later, so I guess it's fine. Laptop runs way better than on Modified sine wave inverters I have used in the past.Update: I had to resolder the wire in the croc clips, but they've stayed right since. Great size and quiet, used most days (with a 20ah LifePo4 battery) and still working perfectly!

Put is in place of a larger inverter to run our outside lights as night. It pulls less power when not being loaded. I am well satisfied so far.

Works fine. Actually used it to power a vacuum cleaner. Now using it to power a chicken coop with a battery and solar panel. Lights, auto chicken door, and a wifi camera. But the fan constantly runs, not just when it gets warm. Will either have to unplug the fan or put it on a thermal switch so it's not constantly draining unnecessary power.

After 1 week of waiting on it. I was going to put this in my battery box. I hooked up my tester and as you see from the first photo its an open ground. I looking through the air holes I was seeing a lot of small wires so a quick removal of the 4 screws and you see from the second photo the wires are too small to handle anything near the 500w or 1000w surge. And a big issue no ground wire on the plug. I was seeing voltage range from 112v to 115v with out anything plug in.

The media could not be loaded. At idle with no load it uses right about 300ma of current. With my anti predator Led strobe & two sets of Led lights 24 bulbs total in series parallel totaling around 20 watts with the strobe the Inverter only is pulling about 640ma of current from the 2 AGM batteries in series which get recharged via the Solar controller with 1,000 watts worth of panels at around 80 volts input to the controller . I have a larger 1,500 watt Inverter on there as well, But only gets used if I need to run power tools or larger flood lights & or my powered cooler for food\ beverages .

When I purchased this Inverter, it did not specify whether or not it had the ground-prong connected in the three-prong socket. Well... no, it does not. There is nothing but the hole, therefore, it is troublesome with the application I need to use it with. It would have been nice to factually know this aspect, w/o having to buy it. It sits in its box, until I can figure out what other applications might be suited for.

Received the inverter and put it through its paces. It started an in induction load at 1400w which runs at 700w while running 500w heater. Wile running at 1200w voltage only dropped to 109v. (During startup it dropped to 95v).Sign wave generation was measured wit an oscilloscope and was pretty clean. Most of the noise was from my load. (Compared it to line power during start up.) The power transistors were screwed to the side wall of the aluminum case mounted with thermal goop. Solid build. Would buy again.

Picked this for my upcoming long trip, in case need to power some of AC devices while in the middle of road. After some testing, this inverter well meet the expectations and beyond.

First i dont like the green power light being is bright, and the voltage reading is way off like .4 of a volt lower then actually voltage, but the main thing is it works better then expected, very very good quality power my fan runs so quiet and smooth , this runs things very much better then my $1,400 samlex , im very impressed and will buy again if needed 😀
