I bought this gel along with extra stuff for sensitivity, and the mouth guards. The guards were easy to form to my teeth. As far as the gel, it does work. I already have sensitive teeth so I only whitened 2 days a week. I noticed my teeth went at least 2 shades lighter on the first whitening. After that it's been taking longer.I will warn that if you get the gel on your gums and leave it, it will burn and cause soreness. I used too much gel one time and my gums were sore for 3 days. I use less now and don't have that problem. The process is messy. I end up with a mouth full of drool. To keep it from running down my face, I began using only one guard at a time, top or bottom. Of course it's taking longer to get all my teeth white, but I'm patient. In this process, I did the top several times without doing my bottom teeth and can see a definite difference between them. I'll have to catch up to the top teeth soon or look funny.I will continue to use this product. I bought 2 sets, and will probably have whitening gel for the next 2 years.I would definitely recommend this product.

I find this just the right strength. Yes I had a little white on my gums but this has happened using a myriad of other products in the past too. When I used the re-mineralization part and rinse my mouth the whiteness of my gums has gone away my then, so no big deal. I didn't find this to be painful and while I have sensitive teeth, I had no unpleasant sensations at all and I stuck with the whitening for the full 30 minutes and the blue goo for 10. This is strong enough to only use once or twice a week, at least for me. I have no regrets at all about choosing this product.

I purchased this after reading the other Reviews, and having used a product that is much more expensive in the past. No doubt ... this stuff is strong, but it does work. I already have somewhat sensitive teeth, so I only use it for about 15 minutes at a time right now. The "blue gel" that comes with it to help remineralize seems to help a LOT with the sensitivity, so that is a big plus.I only gave this 4 stars because I couldn't give it 4-1/2. The reason this product is not quite a full 5 stars is because the whitening gel becomes a bit "foamy" in my mouth, so I end up spitting out peroxide bubbles a couple of times during the process. There is also a residual peroxide taste that lasts 10-15 minutes after I use the whitening gel. But that's not a deal breaker. And I will continue to use the product.

First off let me note I had dental trays custom made for my teeth at a dentist. Having said that, this still takes some adjusting to work properly. They did send me the wrong flavor which I am still irritated about because the CITRUS IS NASTY. I ordered mint but they sent me citrus. I can't stand the taste and if any of it overflows at all (which it will if you have enough gel the trays) I start gagging.I didn't contact customer service like I should have though, I was very busy at the time I purchased this and never got around to doing it. It does work, you have to be very careful how you use it. I seriously whiten my teeth about once every year and then use a whitening toothpaste and periodically put a tray in to keep them bright (about once every one to two months). This gel does leave your teeth very sensitive and the blue stuff the send you to help with that seriously feels like heaven. It also makes me wish I would have got the mint like I ordered because the blue stuff is mint flavored and I love the taste of it. Depending on how much gel I use I leave them on for 30-45 minutes. Keep in mind this is also due to the loss of gel due to gagging and my trays are a bit ill fitting(what I get for going cheap on the trays) I ordered the full eight pack and I am thinking I should have ordered the four. I haven't even gone through a full syringe after whitening around 6 times.In short it is a good product, don't get the citrus, four syringes is more than plenty for one person, and I will probably order more of the blue anti sensitivity gel.

I'm glad to have made the decision to purchase the 35% gel instead of the higher 44% of some other brands. As it turned out, I still experienced some teeth and gum sensitivity during initial applications, which subsided substantially when I reduced the amount of gel placed in the tray. I expect the 44% to be much stronger.The 35% gel worked well, and by the third application, the whitening effect became obvious. My teeth were still sensitive to hot and cold for a few days after finishing off one tube and stopping treatment (because I already was satisfied with the whitened level), but I had no more gum issues since reducing the amount of gel in tray. Using remineralization gel, probably helped to reduce the sensitivity issues.I would certainly continue to use the 35% gel on a periodic basis, and won't go for anything stronger though.

I used the gel every other day for 2 months and I didn’t see a difference in the whiteness of my teeth. Each time used for 10 - 30 minutes in some custom trays. It did burn my gums but really didn’t whiten my teeth.

I've used teeth whitening gels in the past, but nothing this strong. I started whitening with this stuff and, after just 1 week, my teeth, which were slightly yellow before, showed considerable change in color, I mean, WOW, holy crap, what a difference! After just 10 days, my teeth are now almost completely white. Be careful with this stuff, it's very strong. If any of it gets on your gums you'll experience some pain and bleached teeth; it goes away a few hours later but it's a little unnerving to see in the mirrorThe only gripe I have is with the mineralizer; I've got all this whitening gel and not enough mineralizer to go along with it.Anyway, great stuff, does the job!
