So I have had plantar fasciitis for a bit now and last night it was real painful. Been massaging myself but didn’t help much. I looked at things to help and found this late last night before falling asleep to be delivered early this morning before work. It came on time and just after using for a few seconds the first use I felt a huge difference! I have been using it on and off when I have time and it is just incredible. The quality of the product is also a huge plus. The price was great and it’s a strong product that feels as if it will last a long time. I’m so happy I bought this and would recommend to anyone with plantar fasciitis or even without for just a good foot massage. It truly is a relief to have this.

My left foot constantly feels like I’m stepping on glass when the tendon in the middle of my foot gets stretched (especially on the treadmill) so I’ve decided to do some good ole therapy of this roller and a massage gun.I will note this was slightly smaller than I expected, but it still works extremely well! If you have super wide / large feet I would recommend finding a different / larger product, otherwise if you’re a regular dude like me wearing 10.5 wide men’s or smaller, you’ll be just fine.Now that im in the routine of using these items BEFORE I go to the gym, I have noticed the pain has almost gone away! Time to shred some weight

This is a well made solid roller. It is shaped just right for my foot. It is easy to use and feels great. It has reduced my plantar fasciitis pain.

I got this because I started a waitressing job and my feet were hurting so bad at the end of a shift that I couldn’t walk or put any weight on my feet. This has definitely helped with the tightness in my arches and overall pain. It is easy to use while you watch the TV or just relaxing on the couch.

I have been using a tennis ball and golf ball to treat my planter fasciitis for well over a month. Within five minutes of using this massage roller I immediately fell in love with it. It does such a better job and you can angle your foot in all different directions and apply so many different pressures that using a tennis ball just doesn’t allow if you’re struggling with foot pain don’t even consider it for another minute just buy this. It’s less than ten bucks & works great!

The spikes on this foot roller are uncomfortable. I think I would like raised ribs better. Before I bought this foot roller I used a beer bottle, but it kept rolling away from me. For now I think I’ll go back to the bottle, and place something to keep it from rolling under my chair. On the positive side, I have found that this foot roller makes an excellent prop for balancing my iPad on my knee at a convenient angle as I sit in my reading chair.

It feels really good while using it. Definitely worth the money. I leave it bedside and use it before getting out of bed. It helps to relieve the pain before trying to walk. It's very light weight.hint: when I started rolling from my heel to my toes (as a physical therapist friend recommended)my foot started heeling a lot faster.

Did a ton of walking around Disneyland and this was the sure bet for helping my cramped feet release tension and ease pain. Easy to bring along with you in your backpack, this foot roller is super easy to use (just roll your foot on it against a hard surface) and works really well. The little nubs help increase circulation to your foot and rub away the tender spots. Very sturdy and built well. Really helpful tool, recommend!

Excellent quality and has helped ease my foot and leg pain considerably. There are way more expensive products out there but I don't see how they could be any better. This is great!

Très bon produit. Esthétiquement beau et surtout très efficace. Au départ, quand on est pas habitué, les sensations sont un peu étranges mais c’est très vite agréable et on ne s’en passe plus. Personnellement, dès que je peux, j’en profite pour me relaxer.

Pensaba que sería más grande, pero es pequeño y no muy pesado. Al principio molesta un poquito en la planta, pero luego te acostumbras y relaja mucho el pie. Si te molesta, puedes usarlo con un calcetín, el efecto es el mismo.
