I resisted getting an electronic coffee warmer, because I hadn't had one in years. I am so glad that I changed my mind. I am no longer having to microwave my coffee again and again as it gets cold. I love that this coffee warmer has multiple temperature options. I love that I can adjust the number of hours (1-12) until I would like it to automatically shut off. It heats up quickly, so you needn't plan ahead. When you want it, it is fully functional on the spot. Since it has a heating function, my policy is to unplug it when not in use. I wouldn't give this as a gift, not because it isn't awesome, but because owning it requires a personal commitment to using it responsibly. And you must have a suitable cup. My cup, as you see here, is a celodon cup. It heats perfectly well even though the base has a shallow rim rather than a flat bottom, which makes direct contact with the heating table. If you have a similar cup, be assured that will be just fine and your coffee or other liquid will stay warm. Its versatile functionality and beautiful design make this an excellent value for the money. To me, there's nothing like a good cup of coffee in the morning and this warmer makes all the difference as it is uniformally a perfect cup, even if I get interrupted.

Purchased this for an office coffee drinker in a busy 911 center whose coffee always went cold. They loved it. Able to do the job and then when they had a minute to take a sip the coffee was still hot. They raved so much I purchased my own for the same office. Piping even after working a hot call. Finally a mug warmer that actually works! This device has several heat settings and each will keep a drink at the temperature required for a nice coffee or tea break. Highly recommended.

I totally love this mug warmer. The controls on the top make it safe from accidentally getting turned on. The temperature setting has a good variety, and the gadget warms up real fast keeping your drink piping hot. The surface is wide enough to accommodate a wide bottomed mug, without sliding off. The design is sturdy, easy to move. I can recommend this for anyone who likes to keep their drink warm, or hot while brainstorming at work.

This is a working mug warmer. It keeps coffee hot for a long time. If there was anything negative to say, it would be that the buttons are out in front and quite sensitive, so it's easy to hit it by accident. With a bit of practice, it's not an issue. Great tool!
