Q: Can i attach to my rv?

I would assume you could. Just be sure to put some water tight sealant around the screws, and in a location on the rv with solid backing...maybe a bumper?

Q: My 30 pound dog pulls on the leash. Do you think it could be pulled out of the wall if inserted into a stud?

If installed correctly and in a stud it seems like it should be fine. My dog is 55 lbs. I have it in an old “This End Up” couch. It’s in there pretty solid.

if you predrilled, and drill into the tile where there is a stud behind it, then, definitely! Without a stud, it may still work, but only if you get some sort of anchoring sleeve that will fit into holes you'll have to drill, that allow screws to be held in the wall without a stud. Into a wood stud is by far the surest and best way. Hope that helps!
