If you want to have a healthy balanced diet or loose weight and dont know how, try these portion tubs.......love them, I got 2 sets.

Not the easiest lids on the tiny ones and would suggest if you use them for your lunch perhaps, make sure they go in a bag as they arenot totally leak proof. I do however recommend for the portion controll though, saves the scale scenario.

Great guide for correcting food portion size. And making sure all the food groups are eating with the correct portion size.

Despite being listed in the product description, there is NOT a guide in the box. The tubs are great - nice, but how am I supposed to use them exactly? I could eat 72 portions of each tub or just use the tubs for a whole day's food...I have no idea how to actually make this work without some kind of instructions. I have reported it to Amazon, but can see that someone else has also done this before...and yet I still received mine without a guide. Either take out the bullet points describing the guide or include it in the order. Simple.
