Is it possible to weld this product to an rv trailer? Thanks in advance

I am no welding expert and I did not stay at a holiday Inn last night. But I don't see why you couldn't weld it to a trailer.

what is the minimum and maximum height of this jack?

19" I have not used it to jack a vehicle however I did run it up and down to check it's function. For the price it is perfect for a jack. I got mine because new cars don't come with a spare. I bought a full size spare for a 2013 Elantra and bought this as part of the kit. Fits perfect and I have a full size spare.

Works for smaller cars that are 2 tons or less

It works decent for smaller cars like my altima or something smaller. Not for anything over 2 tons. It's very convenient when your it a rush.
