I normally don’t leave reviews, but after my experience with these supplements, I felt like I had to share.Whether it was truly the supplements or simply a blessing and perfect timing, I’m incredibly grateful. ❤️ A little backstory: I went through 3 long years of secondary infertility and several unsuccessful fertility cycles, including trying naturally and an IUI. After so many failed attempts, I decided to take a break from fertility treatments and just try naturally again. A friend of mine, who is also pregnant and had taken these supplements, suggested that I give them a try. I was skeptical at first because I honestly thought I’d just be wasting more money on supplements that wouldn’t make a difference. I started taking them around July/August, started TTC again in late August, and on September 14th, I finally got my positive pregnancy test! 🥹💕 The only two things I added to my routine were these supplements and Conceive Plus fertility lubricant—and after 3 years, I finally got my two lines. 🙏🏽✨ Of course, I can’t say for certain that the supplements are what made the difference—it could absolutely be a coincidence—but based on my experience, they were worth trying. Not great for those with autoimmune disorders
I loved these until I realized it was causing daily hives and itchiness on my face. Apparently ashwagandha can trigger autoimmune flare ups since it boosts your immune system, and I learned the hard way. I would love if this was available with only coq10, unfortunately I had to switch to a different brand.
