UrreaBall Pein Hammer - 8oz Striking Tool with Forged and Machined Head & Ergonomic Hickory Handle - 1308P , Brown

Looks ok but the finishing leaves much to be desired. The were some pretty serious casting burrs on both head faces, and where the handle meets the head, there is a gap and the wood splinters up into a point. The head seems solid enough though. Will need some filing and chiseling to get into shape. Lastly, the handle is scored, with a thick sealant coating, unlike the product picture or description; they need to use a more accurate pictures, and add actual weight and dimension specifications. I bought this to go in a smallish (11-12”) tool bag. The 8oz hammer is a little over 12” so I’ll have to saw some off to fit it properly. Besides all these gripes, I’m sure with a little work, it will be a perfectly usable and durable hammer.

I bought 2, and as you can see, they are very different. I did not buy them for work, it was a gift for my cousins, our last name is URREA and you can imagine rest.

Looks ok. Not made with much attention to detail but then again its a hammer. Hammer head has runs and blobs in the sealant/ epoxy.

It will work for a bit but the grain of the wood does not even fill the hammer cavity. Maybe I got a bad one but the wood is not great. Also the pein is not perfectly spherical.

This is a great hammer, the handle is also nice. I have allready been beating on my anvill and it feels just fine. Great price and fast delivery.
