The bike came sooner than expected and exactly as described. Easy assembly. Well made. Well packaged. Light weight. Low maintenance. Comfortable. Great looking. Had no need to contact the maker. However, based on experience to this point, I am certain customer service would be great as well. Well thought out. Just a joy to ride. And it looks like it will be for quite some time.

This bike is so satisfying to ride! Quick and nimble yet stable and smooth. I also LOVE the look - “vintage chic.” I try to get out every day on it! It’s been great cross training for running.

This is a basic bike and works as advertised. We needed to adjust it for a larger rider and contacted the manufacturer for help but never got a response. Ended up taking it to a local bike shop where they installed a taller seat post and handlebar stem.

First of all, I was very impressed by the packaging. It was thorough and meticulous. I watched the instructional video and assembly was easy. My first ride was fine--the bike was VERY quiet and smooth. The bike itself is beautiful. However, I encountered one problem and I've yet to find a solution. On right turns the rear brake cable stretches and pops out of the holder on the frame. I checked and the cable is in the right place, but it pops out every time it's turned toward the right and the rear brake no longer functions. This is sort of important and I have yet to see a fix. I hate to use electric tape or something. There is a rubbery plastic thingamajig on the cable. Not sure what it does and I can't ascertain its purpose. I might have to take it into a bike shop and get the problem solved.

This bike feels so high end! It is very lightweight, and was very easy to put together myself. I love how smooth it rides and how stylish it also looks.

Had it a month, so far so good. Other reviewers are spot on - one new feature I didn't expect: because there's no chain, the bike is quiet as a mouse. Speaking as an old fart, 1st gear is not as '1st geary' as one might suspect - still some work getting up a steep incline.

This bike is light weight and perfect for cyclists or just your leisurely rides.

This was hands-down the best purchase for a bike that I have bought the bike is beautiful. Customer service was amazing with priority bikes had a small little issue that was taken care of immediately. I would hands-down buy another bike from priority bikes in the future. The quality of the bike was hands-down top. The price was also amazing for this type of bike.
