A great signpost.
We all start at some point on our spiritual journey. I'm finding this book quite a help along the way. It's not the answer and for sure it won't point the way for everyone but I'm finding it a very good thinking device. I'm reading it along with a number of other "wisdom" books so that it's not on its own, it's among learned friends such as "Anam Cara" by John O'Donohue, "365 Tao" by Deng Ming-Dao, "The Compassionate Mind" by Paul Gilbert and the writings of Epictetus. Reference was made in the book to "Take Me To Truth" by Nouk Sanchez and Tomas Vieira with its focus being on the part played by the ego in our understanding and essential make-up and the necessity of knowing this in order to make progress on our spiritual path. I ordered it and will let you know whether or not it has helped me to progress a few more steps.

Nice Title but:
It is difficult to avoid the words: lightweight, pathetic and drivel to describe this book.
