Husqvarna 588971201 MZ Series Lawn Mower Tow Hitch Bracket, Black

This plate works, BUT it’s too short AND the plate thickness is 1/2 of what it should be.I haul a trailer behind it works great for yard work, planting, irrigation etc.It’s why ai bought the mower with the 27HP engine. I have a tank sprayer, sweeper, aerator etc….

It worked as described. My only complaint is that it is a little short. The tongue of some attachments will rub against frame if you don't watch it. I will fab a small bracket to keep from modifying the bracket or attachments.

Good material, but Too Short to use with the anti-roll bar in the down position. I finally got it installed but it was hard for me to do. I'm disappointed in the purchase and if I had it to do again I'd wouldn't buy it.

This fits on my M-ZT 52, but like others say it's very short. Would be nice if this was longer to allow more room for boxy square-shaped attachment tongues.This has to mount between the rear frame and rear skid plate but the included bolts are long enough to do that. But I had to leave my rear skid plate off for now since the AgriFab leaf vac I'm pulling has a tongue cut off square. My options were to take an angle grinder to the tongue or to just remove the rear skid plate from the mower when I pull it, I'm doing the latter for now. I may just manufacture my own part from some plate steel and give the pin hole an extra couple inches of clearance, can't believe they didn't just make this thing an inch longer to begin with.

Directions are not the greatest for installation. But you can figure it out. I bought this for my MZ61 and it works great!

Added this to my Husqvarna M-ZT61 so that I can pull a Swisher pull behind mower. Item came with longer bolts than what I removed so that this fits. Very sturdy product.

This "hitch plate" is very small and is pretty much useless. It is made of heavy steel and the hardware was good that came with it (which is why it got 2 stars instead of 1) and would be plenty sturdy but is too short to hook anything to. What "engineer" thought that this would be a good choice for connecting a small trailer? I read some of the reviews but some said what I said and others said it was good. If they listed measurements instead of just a picture, it would have been helpful. At the price I paid, I am really disappointed and going to attempt to return it..
