Eat this knowing it’s not going to be regular pasta.
The first time I ate it, it was a taste shock. My boyfriend and I have been low carb/keto for over a year and missed pasta. As someone who LOVED carbs, I was really looking forward to pasta, and after the first time eating it, I was upset that it didn’t have the same texture of real pasta. (Of course it’s not going to taste exactly like carb loaded pasta) The second time I ate it, knowing what it is, it was a lot more enjoyable. I’m super excited that I can finally eat pasta again, especially with the great macros that this pasta has. Pair it with a good Rao’s sauce or not your mama’s and add some keto friendly garlic bread, and it’s a great low carb, low calorie, high protein meal. Now it feels like a cheat meal every time we eat it.

Honest Review
As a Type 2 Diabetic I was looking forward to eating pasta again. I really wanted to like this pasta! Unfortunately it is not very good. I realize it’s not going to be exactly like normal pasta - but this is nothing like pasta at all. It is tough & grainy, the flavor taste like dust, and it doesn’t hold sauce at all.I had read that cooking times needed to be at least doubled - so I cooked it for 18 minutes. Even doubling the cook time results is spaghetti that is still very stiff. Not like al dente stiff - think more like a bundle of zip ties stiff. It won’t twirl around your fork at all. It bends, but it won’t twirl.The texture is very grainy. It’s closer to dry oatmeal in texture than pasta. It doesn’t chew right.The taste is odd. Odd enough that it pushes through the flavor of a green pepper & mushroom sauce. And for what ever reason sauce does not stick to this pasta. You have to try to scrap sauce up with the fork while you’re eating it to get any sauce.And finally - I found this very odd as well - it did not hold heat. I’m a fast eater, and this stuff got cold very quickly.I do NOT recommend! I’m going to ask Amazon for a refund - if they refuse I’ll trash it. I’d rather not eat pasta than eat this garbage ever again!

Definitely more cook time needed
I was really looking forward to trying this pasta. I’ve been on Keto/low carb for 7 years and haven’t had pasta in a long time. The only issue I have is that the packaging says 6-10 minutes cook time (6 minutes for al dente). Definitely needs a lot longer cook time than that. I haven’t figured out how log yet

Increase the cook time
I definitely should have read the reviews before my first attempt cooking them - but I took everyone’s advice and extended my cook time to about 23-25 minutes and they were perfect. Definitely the most like regular pasta compared to the other low carb options I’ve tried. Will buy again!

Inedible / Disgusting - DO NOT waste your time or money.
I’m very, very, very, disappointed and upset I wasted $35. I’ve honestly never seen / experienced, tasted something so disgusting in my life. Absolutely inedible. It’s so bad, it’s difficult to find words to describe how terrible this product is. Wasn’t super excited about the $35 price tag, but I’ve usually had good experiences with keto based foods, so I thought I’d give it a try. The negative reviews towards this product were correct this time. It’s literally like nothing you’ve ever seen, cooked, smelled, or tasted before, I promise you.The color and texture before cooking should have been a warning, but was hoping for the best. While cooking, the smell, and residue from the pasta like substance foamed up on the sides of the pan and looked like plaster or dry wall putty. I over cooked like the reviews had talked about; however, the texture never even came close to al dente. after over cooking over high heat the noodle became only slightly softer than before cooking. When trying to take a small bite, it was like eating a raw pre cooked hard spaghetti noodle and tasted like plaster. I dumped out all of the pasta down the drain and threw away all three boxes. Again very disappointed and upset I wasted $35. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Mixed review...Yes and No
I had really high hopes for this product, but I was a bit disappointed. The biggest fail for me was the inaccurate cooking time. The box says to cook for 6-10 minutes for al dente. This is completely false. The first time I cooked these, I cooked them for 10 minutes in boiling water and they were hard. They barely bent. I certainly could not twirl them around a fork. I began cooking them for longer. Through trial and error, I eventually reached 30 minutes for them to resemble a somewhat al dente consistency. I still need to cut them with a fork when I eat rather than twirl. The flavor is not bad and will suffice for those looking for a no carb alternative. After eating this pasta, I do not feel lethargic - so that is good! Just need to keep the cooking time in mind when purchasing this product. Bad on the manufacturer for advertising erroneous cooking times. Clearly, their test kitchen did not do their job.

Not Quite What I Hoped For
I ordered the 3 pack: 2 zero-carb & 1 seven-carb box. I received 3 zero-carb; no seven-carb box in it. I cooked it for 20 minutes (package reads "6-10 minutes") to get it soft enough to be able to bite without crunch. Taste is ok but it's zero-carb so I didn't expect much flavor. I agree with other reviewers that the zero-carb would be a good soup or stew element: broken up to make the pieces small and able to withstand lots of cooking in water. This product would be good for that and to increase protein and fiber but this is NOT the product to make me ready to give up real pasta!I want to try the seven-carb product so I will order that -- its reviews are better so we will see...

Tasty Produce
I cook them for 40 minutes in salty water. They are delicious and guilt free. No Carb, low calorie and High protien. I can do Keto to maintain my weight and enjoy a spaghetti dinner.
