Really cosy and comfortable

Saved me from so much back pain as I've been working from home

This just arrived and upon unpacking I’m very happy with the cushion overall, but I have had to immediately take all of the covers off and put them in the washing machine which spoils things a bit. The cover is a faux velvety type material but felt so greasy and had some kind of residue on it that stayed on my hands. The cushion was wrapped in plastic and in a box so I have no idea what caused it, but I had to wash my hands after touching it. Otherwise, the cushion is nice and plump and expands out nicely. The headrest is somewhat understaffed but I had some shredded memory foam from some bed pillows that I have used to top it up. I did notice by doing that, that the foam used in this cushion is much lower quality but I expect it will do the job. It remains to be seen whether the cushion will stay plump or flatten out over time

I unpacked a small rolled up item, then as the air hit it , the growth was slow and steady, I left it for 24 hours to ensure it was ready to use. Amazing, big, squishy and comfy.

This pillow is big, very supportive and very comfortable. To give an idea of size, I'm 5ft 10 and weigh 12 stone 6 and it feels adequately big enought for me. I'm part way through a series of major spine surgery - I've had two discs replaced with cages and I'm waiting to get metal rods put in to toe everything together. That means a lot of rest & sitting around. The cushion is very supportiveand as I said above very comfortable and so is helping me greatly. I'm sure it will be just as good lazing about after physio or just reading/watching tv when my back is fixed!

Like the pillow but the fluff didn’t puff up to fill. It went half way then stopped. Asked seller for more fluff but they didn’t want to send it out.

Decent level of support for sitting up in bed or on the sofa whilst using a laptop table. Carry handle a bit flimsy, but not a concern. Considering the price, good value, I'd buy again.
