Oven safe to what temperature ?

I've had it to 180, it really holds the heat so don't need it too high

It says this is good in an over up to 200 degrees, but is that in F or C? Because if it is centigrade, that isn't that high

It is centigrade, which is hotter than Fahrenheit! 200 degrees f would only be about 120c, whereas 200c would be 400f. In the UK temperature is always given in centigrade

do you have to season this and is it big enough to cook a risotto for 6? thanks

There is no need to season this pot. Yes it is big enough for risotto for 6. I regularly do paella or risotto for 3 and could easily double it without overloading the pan

Can I use it to make sourbread in the oven?

I hadn't considering baking bread in the pot, but I certainly would try it. It works well as a casserole in the oven so I can't see any reason why this wouldn't work Hope that's of some help
