My fault but wanted information on 3rd generation echo dot. I read the book. It has a lot of good info but not how to actually do things other than voice commands which is fine but I would have liked to know more about setting up routines for example. The book is helpful but not what I was looking for.

Alexa is a great piece of hardware that can be be used to help you get the most out of your personal assistant and control of your own home. I have been using this device for a while now but i was still unable to make the best use of this device, then i got this book as a recommendation from a friend of mine who is also using Alexa for a while now.The author has provided a lot of useful information about Alexa device with step by step detail understanding and how to make the best use of this device included with a huge list of task i can ask to Alexa to do. Very much recommended to all Alexa users.

Very poor book. It's basically a list of simple ideas of what to ask but never teaches you how to say it. On every page you find a list of things to ask and almost every line starts with, "If you have a chance". By the time you have read a few pages, this really begins to annoy. This layout is very basic. Big fonts and lots of space. There are many better publications out there, if you have a chance ;)

This is ok. I don’t think I learnt much extra than I already know. But worth a read if you are a beginner

I thought I knew a lot about Alexa having an 1 Echo and 3 Dots in my home. Though I did know a few things, I had no idea how much I didn't know about. I have loved reading this and it's good to have to keep referring back to. Like the lay out of the book as well.
