The "gray oak" color on your computer screen is exactly the color that the poles are. I assumed the actual product would be the color of "gray oak", it is not. The actual rod looks more gold than gray when put near anything gray. If you are looking for gray, this is not the product for you. The rod and wood ball however and well made and sturdy.

Decorative Lee the rod in Driftwood finial are very nice. However, the brass screws and clear plastic anchors provided reeked havoc. They are the worst quality possible. I destroyed my drywall due to the hardware. Now I have to hire a handyman to come in repair the wall damage and use substantial sheet rock screws and anchors. 🤯 The clear anchors provided disintegrated and cannot be removed. Then the brass screws provided stripped on the first turn trying to tighten. They are not brass there’s some type of soft lead coded in a brass color. The poor quality of the hardware is now costing me $50 to have Handyman come repair my walls and hang the rod. Very frustrating and infuriating

While this rod is very well made, sturdy and very nice looking it does not look anything like the photos on Amazon, or the color description of "gray." I ordered 2 of these because it appeared the metal was a lighter gray pewter color and the finials were also a more gray colored stain. I had aleeady bought one from a store and liked it but needed 2 longer ones, so I searched Amazon for the same brand and style number. When I found it here I was very excited and the photos looked exactly like the one I needed to match. Same brand and everything. But when I opened the boxes, only one was the correct color. The 2nd rod looked nothing like the photos or the other one. The rod looks almost black or very dark brown and the finial is definitely dark brown. I've attached photos of the two rods I received next to one another as well as with the smaller one I had bought from a local store that was the same brand and style/color number. Unfortunately I will have to return them because they are way too dark for what I'm looking for.

The wooden balls scratch easily and it shows so be careful hanging them up. A brown crayon will cover blemishes. I recommend covering with socks while installing the rod to prevent damage. Pretty set. Easy

Mounting brackets are adjustable so you can decide how far you want them to extend from the wall. Rod is nice and thick just as I wanted. Color is exactly as pictured in the sales ad. . I like them a lot. I would recommend them

This was the most disappointing Amazon purchase. So frustrating that I am writing my first review. This curtain rod was very nice looking except it came without the extension rod and/or any hardware for installation. Why?!! And then to return it... you only get HALF of what you paid for it which was not cheap. Such a disappointment.

Love these but the Fineals are big , so we will sell them and add our own , but love love love them

Very easy to install and the wood on the ends is sturdy, nice quality. Paired well with blackout curtains. I would order again.
