The insole fits my shoes perfectly, and I appreciate how it doesn't slip or move around during wear. This ensures a secure and stable fit throughout the day. The moment I started using it, I noticed an immediate difference in the way my feet felt. The insole offers exceptional support to my arches and has significantly reduced any discomfort or pain I used to experience during long walks or daily activities.

These didn’t offer any support definitely not around the arch and nor any kind of pain relief. There are much too thin and flimsy to give any kind of support. I might as well put cardboard in my shoes.

I have quite a bit of pain in my heels. All of the other insoles that I found had very high arches built into them. These had much lower arches. The heels also were a bit lower which didn't force the top of my heel out of my running shoes like other brands. I am definitely buying several more to have as backups. Most importantly - no more heel pain!

Do Not Purchase. VERY poor value. Wore these in sturdy shoes 3 weeks at 26 hrs/week of standing and light walking. They cracked full thickness in multiple places. These are a thin 'styrofoam' insole with a piece of rigid grey plastic glued on.

I bought these inserts due to my low arches that cause my foot to roll in. This is very painful condition, and most shoes with arch support have a more pronounced arch than my feet need, causing a bruised effect. But these are just what I needed. They are well made with both arch and heel support and are very easy to trim to fit your shoe. It is nice to walk again without feeling crippled afterward.

First. They came already trimmed. Horribly trimmed. For the price, I thought I could just clean these up and still use them. They were just a smidge short but I was going to live with that if the felt good.Second. They absolutely killed my arch. It seemed like the arch started too far back toward my heel. I was trying to find a replacement for the discontinued Dr Scholl’s Active Series which are thinner than the new styles. Returned these. Will continue to look at other brands.UpdateEven though I did follow the wet towel fitting method which showed I needed a medium arch, I decided to try the low arch insert. It arrived new and I trimmed it using the old insert as a template. I only wore them in shoes inside for about 4 hours. My arch started to hurt. Again it felt as though it was too far back. You can see how much different this insert is from other inserts.

Worked miracles on my feet!!!!! Can’t be without them……..

These will suffice in my $200 bowling shoe. I use ones that are $35 and they are made better and I don't have to trim them which is a pain. For daily use I would go with something better. Only positive is it an upgrade from the workout ones that come with the shoe but the shoe itself doesn't need to be replaced

İçe basarak yürüdüğüm için ayaklarım çok ağrıyordu. Bu tabanlıkları aldım ve denedim, ağrılarım azaldı. Gerçekten başarılı ve kaliteli malzemeden yapılmış👍
