Worth it.
According to the tracking service, Spreetail, the package was shipped thats all.Amazon still states it was lost. However, the spa arrived in about a week. Outer box was fairly scuffed up... But the spa is packaged in harder cardboard inside the outer box.The spa was easily put together, reached 102 degrees in about 24 hours and has been working great for about a week now.Spa inflatable walls are very strong. You can actually sit on the wall with your feet in the tub. I dont recommend that of course. So far... very impressed and love it.

Wonderful
This was a replacement for an older model of the same spa. They have made several improvements during the last 5 years that are very good. The pump/filter is different. It seems to have more "bubble power" and is quieter. It now has a skimmer on the inside of the pool, a bottom drain, can be hooked to an app, a safety value for not overfilling the sides, a very soft bottom and besides the encased blowup short cover, also includes a very heavy insulated cover that goes all the way to the ground and encases the entire spa. Really happy with this spa.

Key improvements offset by pump issue
Update 4: the replacement pump has made it through the summer. It remains to be seen how long it lasts.Update 3: we have fully navigated the process through Bestway. Although they have limited hours and availability and their website is super obnoxious, we have received a replacement pump. Time will tell if the replacement pump is actually built to last. The whole experience has been quite disappointing because we got four seasons out of our original hot tub.Update 2: The seller responded quickly but gave me incorrect information. When I responded to them they pointed out that I could just file a claim on the manufacturer's website. I had already figured that part out myself. But when I notified them that the phone number they provided me was incorrect they just gave the same number to me when they emailed to tell me to go to the website. Lesson learned: don't expect them to actually read the content of your email.Update: after less than a month of use the pump started throwing an error code. I have reached out to the company but today is literally the last day to return the hot tub. I'll let you know what happens next.We originally purchased the Coleman Saluspa in 2020 and had great luck. However we only used it twice this season before the heater went out. Unable to fix the pump we purchased this unit instead of just buying a new pump. The main reasoning was that we wanted the updated tub because the rim was blue instead of white (we had white and over time it had stained) and we were curious if the extra cover helped with efficiency.Several key improvements: the new pump has cup holders, the drain is now plumbed so it should actually drain when the plug is opened. Our old one didn't drain on its own as the weight of the tub kept it sealed to the hot tub mat. Didn't even realize it when we ordered that it had WiFi and could be app controlled. This fixes one of the only issues we had: effectively controlling temperature.

Good value
The media could not be loaded. Hot tub states 2-4, fits two people comfortably. Four is a stretch. Easy set up, insulated cover needs more air once a week. Wish it had led lights. Heats up to 100 degrees rather quickly, then really struggles to get hotter. Have not made it to 104 as advertised yet. The phone app is decent, no instructions on how the timer works.

Want a solid replacement for a permanent hot tub? This is the closest thing!
First the only bad thing. The instructions leave a lot to be desired! But if you take your time you'll manage them. The rest is all good. A very, very solid, quality product!!! A great value as opposed to four or five thousand for a permanent hot tub!! The tubs heat response time, other than the initial heat up, is also very quick for not being 220 v. Shipping was extremely fast also!!!! This is one purchase you won't regret!!!!

So far a nice buy
The tub came packaged well. I’d had a previous Saluspa that was great except that the “egg” failed and leaked after a couple years. This one seems better built. It unpacked well and inflated quickly. The connections were easy and filling the tub took less than an hour. Once plugged in and the heating started, the tap water of 50 degrees took 2 days but got up to 104 as programmed. It takes about an hour to raise the temp 2 degrees. Hopefully we’ll enjoy this one for a few years before the “egg” cracks and makes the tub a shameful landfill addition.

No patch kit supplied really should
Instructions suck good thing easy set up.. Arrived with a small (pencil sized) puncture on upper wall. At time of discovery totally unpacked to cumbersome to return. No patch kit supplied looks like this happens freq on reviews. Really should supply a patch kit.

Improved!
I bought this spa to replace an earlier model. The new spa has wifi control and an extra cover that really helps keep the heat in! Very pleased!
