Easy to swallow, works great!
Excellent way to make sure you stay hydrated if you work outside a lot during the summer. Also great for runners or anyone else who needs to make sure they get their electrolytes

Solved my nighttime leg cramps.
A few months ago I started jogging again which resulted in nighttime cramps, a lot, in my lower legs and feet. I was already taking 500 mg magnesium daily but that didn't help. After some investigation I decided to try taking some electrolytes a couple of hours before bed on days that I ran. This turned out to be very effective. When I took these tablets (2) I had no or very few cramps. When I didn't, I would have painful cramping. So, these definitely worked to greatly lessen or eliminate night-time leg cramps due to exercise. I would also get night cramping after a long bike ride when I was doing that. I wish I had known about these back then.

Gets stuck in my throat, hard to swallow
I like the idea of these, but I wish they had some sort of a coating to make them more slippery and easier to swallow. They’re not that big, they’re just too dry. I’ve tried breaking them in half, but then I can feel the sharp edges of the break in my throat. And they’re still stuck. Hydration and electrolytes are important. I have added a star because these tablets are so effective, even though still difficult to swallow. And I have discovered a surprise added benefit: my brittle nails have become stronger!

Much better option than power packets and supply more of what’s needed to hydrate.

Although they haven't prevented my nocturnal leg cramps, they have reduced the frequency and severity and for that, I am thankful. Make sure to drink lots of water!
