I gave this 3 stars because of the start up process that was a complete headache. I purchased MIKO for my grandson for his birthday. The first day he opened the gift (on a Saturday) Miko would not connect to the app in the App Store. I continued to get an error messages that my product was not valid in my country which is the US. I knew it was valid because I checked YouTube and saw a few reviews from people who actually lived in the US. Since this product is a non US merchant, I had to wait until the next actual business day before I could get a response from customer service through the third-party merchant that sold Miko on Amazon. Amazon couldn’t help with the technical issue but did offer to refund my purchase if Miko didn’t work. On that Monday I heard back from the merchant and they indicated that they would research the error. Within 24 hours the CS did email me back and said that the app was now working in the App Store. I had to then wait 2 wks before I could then get Miko to my grandson so we could make sure everything worked (he lives in another state). So in all, my grandson loves Miko and the activities on it but as you can imagine the disappointment on his actual birthday when Miko did not work and to add my frustration trying to work with tech support to figure out why it wasn’t working initially. LAST NOTE - DO NOT lose the cords. Miko only works with the cords that come with it.
