I still take prenatal vitamins even though it's been a few years since my pregnancy. I really dislike having to take lots of pills, especially if I have to remember to take them multiple times a day.These prenatal vitamins are great because they have everything I need in one pill. They even have DHA, which I’ve had to buy and take separately in the past. The folic acid is at the right level to prevent neural tube defects during pregnancy, which not all prenatal vitamins have (some have much lower levels), so that's important to watch out for.Iron is also important for pregnancy, and some prenatal vitamins don't include iron, but these do. The ginger is a nice addition to help with any nausea or a sensitive stomach.I was a bit worried that these pills might be too big, but they went down surprisingly smoothly, and I had no trouble swallowing them. These prenatal vitamins are a complete package, with DHA and all the essential vitamins and minerals you need.

This prenatal supplement contains a great amount of vitamins and nutritions. It is tasteless. You only need to take one daily. However, the capsule is much bigger than other prenatal supplements I had before. It is hard to swallow. I hope it can be divided into two capsules daily so that it can be smaller.

This prenatal is pretty basic. It does have iron which many prenatals don't and the dha is a plus but its lacking choline. The size is doable but large. Most have a dv of 100% though vitamin a and c is less. Overall a decent prenatal but not the most spectacular out there.

These vitamins are full of wonderful stuff but they taste so gross you can't eat them.theze are a bigger gummies and on the drier pasty side. Not my favorite

It is a supplement which means you get all the required nutrients from healthy food and this is just to supplement anything that may be missing.There is something weird about the label ingredients. It contains fish oil and the DHA amount is provided but not the EPA. Oil sourced from fish will always have DHA and EPA components.The formulation does not include Vitamin K, Potassium, and Magnesium so you may want to supplement those too.Overall, this is a good adult female multivitamin.

I love that only one is needed a day because many prenatals on the market require two, so this bottle will last longer. The ginger in this seems to soothe my stomach and ease gassiness. These also have iron which is another plus. Highly recommended.
