This is exactly as described and made really well. I was having a difficult time finding a boom box with A/C adapter rather than a rechargeable battery. It was also difficult to find one with radio and a CD player. It also has an USB port and plays digital audio. Not only does it have all the features I was looking for, it’s also a good price. When I found other players with the features I desired they were a bit more than I wanted to spend. This was a gift for my elderly mother and having to recharge a radio would be hard for her to understand. This is also simple to use. She doesn’t have to remember a ton of steps to choose between playing a CD or playing the radio. It’s not a digital set up, but the click of a switch. This is definitely an excellent choice for people with memory problems or small children. The price is right and it’s an excellent product. I would definitely buy it again and have already suggested it as a gift for three other people.
