No, this hood does not have drawstrings.

Yes! Even inside the hand warmer 'pocket' in the front of the hoodie! I wore it in Alaska and to be honest, it was a life saver!!

No way for me to know that info. My daughter (13) is a woman small and we bought a med. It fits her just like how it looks on the model
