Stainless Steel Gua Sha Scraping Massage Tool Set - H-Brotaco IASTM Tools Great Soft Tissue Mobilization Tool

I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality of this Gua Sha scraping tool set for Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM). The set consists of 4 high-quality stainless steel scraping tools polished to a mirror-like finish. They feel solid and substantial in my hand. All surfaces are rounded and shiny smooth.The tools come in an attractive, protective hard case. Inside the case are foam egg crate on the top and high-density EVA foam on the bottom with cutouts to secure the individual tools. The case is not all metal though. It is super light but sturdy enough for general protection during transportation (probably not as a check-in baggage).Provided in the hard case are 3 sheaths and a drawstring pouch for storing the individual tools separately. The sheaths are made of some kind of thick felt material and have a flap with snap button for closure. They work well to protect the mirror-like finish on the tools.All in all, this is a great set of Gua Sha scraping tools for IASTM. Given the current price point, I'm really surprised with the quality of the whole set. I'm no expert on IASTM but this will serve a nice beginner's set for me. Highly recommended.

I used to think my back and neck pain were due to spinal issues and would need surgery, what a relief when I started using this and understanding that a lot of the pain was actually due to the bunching of nerves in areas not allowing me a full range of motion. I still trip out on how a pain in the left upper part of the neck could make my elbow hurt and pinky to go numb.

After a back surgery about 8 months ago my doctor recommended a great physical therapist. On my first visit he did an evaluation and was shocked at how tight the muscles in my lower back were. The only "therapy" he did on that visit was to use the large scraping tool on my back. At first I thought he was bringing out some sort of torture device but wow, instant relief. I continued to see him for about three months and learned to love the "torture." After ordering this set I watched a few instructional type videos on-line and was able to use the large tool on my back and one of the smaller tools on my legs. Felt great. I'm going to schedule a session with my therapist and have my wife go along so he can show her how to use the tools correctly. She can do my back a lot easier than I can. It will be nice to get some instant relief without having to travel to the therapist's office. Highly recommend and make sure you at least have a clue to what you're doing. Quite possible to do damage if done wrong.

This is a nice kit including four pieces with different shapes and sizes, for being applied to different parts of the body. With these four pieces in hand, the whole body gets covered.I don’t have too much experience with Gua Sha, but I heard a lot of good things about it, and some friends I know got good results after the treatment. To me I feel the mechanism of Gua Sha is not the same, but having some common point as massage.All pieces in this set are made of stainless steel. They are well made, looking durable with premium quality. I happen to have calf sore in these couple of days, so I decided to try Gua Sha for the first time at home. Surprisingly the outcome was good. I scraped over my calf area back and forth with one piece. Afterward my calf felt much more relaxed. I’m glad it worked with this new massage tool. I will explore more with this Gua Sha set and I’m sure it will keep giving me surprises!
