First, unlike many similar items this came fully assembled. Just unfold and use. I need to get it down two separated steps and fully loaded it glides down with ease. The wheels are responsive and it moves easily on street or carpet. I have used it three times mow and it is making my life easier. It folded up readily but I had to upend it to get it to fold. But upending it was easy (you should be able to fold it while it's sitting on its wheels but I couldn't get it to work). If I were to complain about anything it is the sparse directions. But it is so easy to use I can forgive this. Next time I will try folding how they say, as I am sure I am doing something wrong. I am super happy with this purchase and h8ghly recommend it.
