Small but mighty
I love this vacuum. It’s got fantastic suction power and suction is adjustable. I can’t believe how lightweight it is too, and quiet. The attachments are good, and I especially like the dusting tool because it’s just the right size. I do need to change the attachment to go from wood to carpet, but I’m used to that. If I could change one thing it would be the hose, which is cheap plastic and kind of stiff. That’s all.

NO POWER AND FLIMSY
I ordered this product and found it totally unacceptable. It is of poor, flimsy construction, the pieces very lightweight and most likely easily damaged. The suction power was weak to the point the roller brush would not even spin. I would not recommend this product at all.

Barely passable
First, the rating. I give this vacuum 5 stars for suction/power, and 2 stars for everything else. In other words, the only good thing about it is powerful suction; everything else is barely passable. Here's my story. I got this vacuum as a replacement for my beloved Electrolux canister that served me faithfully for over 20 years, until it literally fell apart. I started looking. I have a Riccar upright that I use for most jobs, and I need a canister to get into tight spaces and for off-the-floor cleaning. Because of such limited use, I wasn't willing to spend $400-500 for a name brand and limited my search to budget vacuums. This one had reasonably good reviews, and so I went with it. It looks kind of cool, ... and then you start using it. Clearly, usability is not a concept its designers were familiar with.As many noted, the hose appears cheaply made and probably won't last long. My hands are not very strong, and I have difficulty attaching and removing it, particularly removing. The tools do not lock into place, it's all trial and error. The "turbo" brush is a joke. I don't need it because I have a powerful upright, but if you do, you are out of luck - it does absolutely nothing. My biggest complaint, however, is about the carry handle. Who in the world decided to attach it to the front of the unit?? As you move around the house, you need to pick up the vacuum to move it from place to place, and picking it up by this handle puts it in a vertical position. Vacuums are not made to operate vertically. My old Electrolux had a foldable handle on top, so you pick it up and carry as needed and then put it down, and the handle conveniently folds in out of the way. Ingenious, isn't it? So why did the "geniuses" who designed this vacuum not follow the example of something that worked so well? The only way to move the vacuum around is to pull by the flimsy hose, which will further reduce its lifespan. Finally, the bag. The quality appears good, but it does not close, so once you take off the hose, the dirt inside the bag is exposed and comes out. Hate to say this, but my old Electrolux had a closable bag, so once done with vacuuming, I would close it and keep it neatly closed, with all the junk inside, until I needed to use it again. A simple little detail that makes so much difference. They say the bags are washable and reusable. Are they serious? Why buy a bagged vacuum if you have to deal with the mess of emptying out the bag??I considered returning this vacuum, but then realized that everything else in this price range would be pretty much the same, and decided not to go through the hassle. It's kind of usable, so I'll live with it.

Small and easy to use
This vacuum is light weight and easy to use. It may be small but it is powerful for its size. The suction is strong and many attachments come with it, allowing you to get into the smallest spaces and use for a wide range of purposes. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a small but useful cleaning tool!

Easy to use and quiet.
It is a light vacuum. I like all the items except the turbo brush. The turbo brush does not really work well.

This vacuum really sucks (but in a good way)
It's really compact. I thought it might be a little bigger than what the pics show. But, it's very compact. Small form factor. It's very straight forward and easy to use. Not to mention, you get a lot of attachments. Each one of those are great to have around a house with kids. Turning it on for this first time, I couldn't believe how strong the auction was even at it's lowest level. The highest is great for thick carpeting.

Surprised
I thought this vac would be a good solution to cleaning my ABB. It wasn't. Pro: excellent design, light weight. Cons: dust escapes from around the hose fitting on the vac. Handy but messy reusable bag must be emptied outside in a wind. The brush in front is for show. It does not move unless the vac is in contact with the carpet or floor. The paddles are there to move the roller in the suction wind giving the impression the carpet is being beaten. Not sure they ever came in contact with the carpet. There were no expected suction lines. Why not engineer honest vacuuming rather than fooling the consumer? Returned it.

Good Suction but Substandard
This vaccum cost $179 and had great reviews.I've been on the hunt for a good vaccum and this one didn't fill the bill. The suction is really good and it's quiet, but that's about all. The design is substandard, the cord retraction is wonky (couldn't keep the cord extended while using) and the floor attachments - both for bare floor and carpet) - felt cheap and resisted the hose while attached. The hose itself is not very long (nor is the cord) so if you have a large area it's cumbersome. Not at all impressed. Be sure to read the manual (photo attached), though, because it's HILARIOUS. Full of typos and such. Dreadful.I returned it.
