1-excessively big, do not buy it if you have a moustache2-for some reason has a detachable bit in the middle that goes missing randomly (more often than not) and when it does, you can breath from your mouth, defeating the whole point of the product

Sleep like a pro
I love this as there are so many strips allowing me to use one box for many months.The quality of my sleep has improved dramatically and I now consciously focus on my breathing which improved my quality of life.The adhesion isn't the best but it works for a round of sleep. Might as well shave your moustache off!
