The dirty water tank doesn’t function properly the cleaning pad stays wet and doesn’t dry due to dirty water sitting in the base unit instead of being sucked into the tank. Today it made a huge mess. They really did it with this one!
Last more than 3 years. Got it at an unbelievable price. Sold it recently for only $50 less than I paid. It still works and the next person has no complaints. Very well made. Sorry to see it be discontinued but incredible work done.

Short Lived
This thing worked great for the first 4 months. It does well with pet hair and keeps the tile fairly clean between biweekly mopping. After 4 months, the auto empty function stopped working. A year later, it sounds like gears grinding and appears to be on its last leg. This was way too expensive to only last a year. We have about 1,200 sq. ft. worth of tile that it cleans twice a week and 700 sq. ft. of carpet that it cleans every other week. We have kept up on filters and only use reverse osmosis water in it. But it is starting to go. Not sure if the more expensive models fair better, but this should be a no go. The water reservoir is a little small and has to be refilled between each mopping. So opting for an Omni station which fills the fresh water as well as empty the dirty would be well worth it.

A $700 Mistake — Yeedi Fails to Stand Behind Their Products
I purchased this "high-end" robot vacuum in October 2023. At $700, it was one of the more expensive home tech purchases I’ve made, and I expected premium performance and support. The vacuum vacuumed and mopped decently for a while—until the main brush motor stopped working less than a year in. The result? A very expensive machine that now spreads dirt around my home instead of cleaning it. The most frustrating part isn’t just the failure—it's the company’s response. Despite the obvious defect, I was told they don’t offer repairs, don’t sell replacement parts for internal components like the brush motor, and that my one-year warranty had just expired. So essentially, their solution is: throw it away and buy another one from us—here’s 15% off. The kicker? This model, the Yeedi Cube, is no longer available on Amazon, likely because they know how unreliable it is and don’t want the bad reviews to pile up. Yet they still had the nerve to offer me a discount on another Yeedi vacuum—as if I’d trust this company again. Bottom line: Yeedi makes disposable, overpriced products and offers zero long-term support or accountability. If something breaks, you're out of luck. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Look for a brand that stands by its products and values its customers.

Yeddi cube v iRobot s9+ and Brava jet M6
I have 2 medium sized dogs who have a doggie door and bring dirt and mud in my house all the time. I originally owned an iRobot s9+ and a Brava jet M6. I decided to change to the yeedi cube so I could vacuum and mop at the same time. Originally, I was blown away by the yeedi. I would like to do a side by side comparison for anyone who is interested. My home is 1,500 sq ft and a single level. Battery life: Yeedi- IF nothing happens to disrupt the process it will finish the whole house on one charge. IF needs recharging, will begin the whole process again. iRobot- Will return to its station 3/4 way through for a recharge and return later to do what was missed. Brava jet- will finish whole house on one charge, usually Speed: Yeddi- can finish the whole house in 1.5 hours, IF nothing disrupts it. iRobot- with recharging included takes at least 3 hours. Brava jet- feels like it takes FOREVER! It takes at LEAST 3 hours Mopping: Yeddi- does NOT remove dried on messes. It is a quick damp mop only, even on the highest setting. Also am unable to use anything stronger than tap water for cleaning iRobot- N/A Brava-jet- the multiple passes made removes dried on messes, if they are not super stuck. I can use vinegar or hard floor cleaner so get a better quality clean as well. Vacuum: Yeddi- picks up most items. Struggles with small pieces of very light material (i.e. Styrofoam). Dog hair is easily removed from floors but not as well from our very short nap rug. iRobot- picks up everything and empties bin when full and returns to task afterwards. I did not have the rug I have now. The throw rugs I had previously, the robot could not get onto so I removed them. Brava jet- N/A Station: features: Yeddi- has bag for emptying dust bin into; has water station for holding dirty water from cleaning mop pad during operation; has scrubber bar for cleaning mop pad; has removable base that can be washed when it becomes dirty. The yeedi carries its own water tank on board that is used for both mopping and cleaning the mop during operation. The station dries the mop pad after completing its full job. The suction is NOT strong enough to empty the dust bin when it contains dog hair and it does NOT inform me that the bin is in need of emptying. iRobot- has bag and STRONG suction for emptying dust bin. Station informs you with a light when bag is full and audibly when dust bin was unable to be emptied. Brava jet- the station is for charging only. The water tank is onboard. It is smaller than the yeddi but also not used to clean the mop during operation. Mops with the same mop the whole time, no matter how dirty. Floor transitions: Yeddi- this was and still is one of the most distinguishing features, to me. 90% if the time or better, there is NO problem with ANY transition in my home. iRobot- the robot 90% of the time got stuck on the bathroom transition. It is a small ramp incline for wheel chair with a rise of about 1/2 inch. It would attempt the transition and need a little help getting back out of the room. Brava jet- NEVER did transitions well. I had to redo several of my transitions to accommodate the robot. I had to physically shove it past the transitions in the beginning for it to create an accurate map of my home. I had to physically set it in the bathroom for it to clean that room and then physically return it to its base when finished. Navigation: Yeedi- easily navigates around my house, seldom getting stuck. It has gone into areas more aggressively to the point of pulling on cords that the other robots didn't reach. It does NOT do the 'bump and run' routine that other robots do with navigating around obstacles. Has recently started 'getting lost' when trying to return to its base, resulting in starting the WHOLE JOB over again once the situation is solved. iRobot- easily navigates around my house but gets stuck on passageway corners. This is probably due to its D shape. It will repeatedly back up and try again with passageway corners until I move it far enough back that it can clear the corner. Brava jet- difficulty getting off of her charging station EVERY TIME. I had to use slight pressure on the back each time it would launch on a new job. Got lost when returning to base quite frequently. App features: Yeddi- in the app, you are able to designate water usage, suction power for vacuum, room order, and schedule for cleaning. Can set each room's cleaning preferences separately. You can see where the robot is at any time. Room divisions, virtual zones, room merging, and labels are all available. Room labels are a set list to choose from. Cannot send robot out to do 'spot cleaning'. It's either all or nothing. There is a place to set 'spot cleaning' cleaning options but not the process itself; or at least I haven't found a way to do it. You can start, pause and restart the robot from the app. iRobot and Brava jet- in the app, you can choose the number of passes and suction power/amount of water for each room and schedule cleaning. You can also give the robot a "new job" that includes any rooms you want and in any order. The room cleaning order is not a set feature. Some days it cleans the back half of the house first and others the front. You cannot see where the robot is during cleaning. There is an after cleaning map that shows where 'dirt events' were encountered. Room dividers, keep out zones, clean zones, and room labels are all available. You are able to customize the room names in the app. My favorite features of the Yeddi is that it vacuums AND mops at the same time. By the time my iRobot was done, the dogs had tracked in enough dirt that my Brava jet was mopping dirty floors. I LOVE that it can get into every room of my house. I like being able to locate the robot on the map if it gets lost. My biggest disappointment with Yeddi is the quality of the mopping job. I cannot use vinegar, which is a natural disinfectant. It does not remove ANY dried on debris while mopping. Having to empty the dust bin manually defeats the purpose of having a base station bag. Being unable to do quick clean ups for individual rooms is very disappointing. And the restarting the WHOLE job any time something interrupts the process. I would LOVE to do a comparison with iRobots latest vacuum and mop combination with station but the price point is prohibitive, especially since I have already spent for these three devices. The Yeedi had the best price of all.

Not worth the price.
Set up was quite simple. Relatively quiet machine, except when self emptying at the base. This was excessively loud, and scared the poo out of my dog and anyone around. The navigation and software experience were the worst of all three previous, less expensive models previously tested. Often would not complete an assigned clean, and would begin to clean other random areas instead. Once this process began, getting her back to the bas was near impossible without doing so manually. The mop cleaning power was the least impressive of all previous machines. While it did get a lot of dirt (evident from the dirty water produced), it never was able to get any spots of dry dog slobber off the floor (as the shark AI matrix clean had done very well). The vacuum and self cleaning feature (granted it’s the only self clean and emptying one tested) worked well, and was a nice feature. The brush roll also handles hair nicely, without becoming tangled, as others had (…but this is also after two prior machines likely did the brunt of that job). Overall, there were much less expensive models that impressed me more, and the cleaning power was not substantial enough to justify keeping her. Disappointed. The return process was the absolute WORST experience of all previous purchases I have EVER made on Amazon before. Beware. It will NOT be fast, and customer service agents will not be upfront with you about this before you initiate your return.

Love How it Saves Me Time
What a wonderful invention! While it is cleaning my floors, I can be finishing up starting and getting other projects completed. At first, the water wasn't discharging into the tank on the base. The company worked with me on troubleshooting and I found out that I didn't get it installed correctly it completely. It was explained there had to be a kid "snap" once the return tray is in place. I thought I had it correct but once I redid it a few times, there's a big difference! I would suggest this unit for anyone to buy! No more heavy vacuums to push around. No more lugging wash bucket around. UPDATE: I was happy with this the first month we had it. We were gone for two months so unplugged it like suggested, came back and it didn't map as it did before. There doesn't seem to have the suction that it used to and the mop feature works every other ditection, so the floor only gets half cleaned. I've changed my mind on this and would only give it 3 stars at best. Sorry yeedi, you could do better!
