This is a great product and a wonderful numbing cream but there are a few things to be aware of. The 7 hour numb time is only if your artist is not actively wiping, cleaning the area. That being said, if your artist is not cleaning as they are going RUN! Your artist needs to use distilled water instead of green soap as this will preserve the numbing effect for longer. You should 100% patch test prior to the day of your appointment to make sure your skin can tolerate the cream and its ingredients. You also need to communicate with your artist your intention to use a numbing cream prior to your appointment so they can give the “yes” or “no” to continue with your work as not all artist are comfortable with working over number cream. I applied 90 minutes prior to my appointment and was completely number by my seat time. Please also be aware that very sensitive area with deep nerves will still have some occasional discomfort as numbing cream can only impact so deep.

I used this numbing cream to get my nipples pierced. I was extremely nervous and kind of scared of it being extremely painful. I used half of the container approximately three hours prior to my appointment. About an hour and half before I reapplied the remaining amount of numbing cream. After applying the initial amount I put Saran Wrap over the cream and nipples. When I got them done I didn’t even feel the first one. The second always hurts the worse they say. The second one was a little bit more painful and more intense, but once I concentrated on my breathing and no longer focusing on the pain it was done. Even still then the pain was not bad! I purchased this cream because I’m just tired of being a pincushion for my medicines which are necessary to be injected. I found pretty much rubbing a fair amount of it on wrapping that area and saran wrap and leaving it for 34 five minutes is the best to get it as deep as possible. Since I use an inch and a half needle, I need to go as far as possible. Still feel a little bit but not as much as I used to and at least for the time being is making things bearable. So if you need a little area numbed, I definitely would use this.

I have had a medical problem for over 30 years and have been poked and probed a lot that I have felt like a human pin cushion.I just happened to stumble across this on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I have to give my self 2 injections every week and got tired of icing it first so I decided to give it a try and it worked....whew thank you jesus because I don't feel a thing.I then decided to have my eyebrows threaded because it being more precise. I have been shaving my eyebrows for 40+ yrs and knew I wasn't going to be able to tolerate it, this worked so good that I convinced my granddaughter to try. She's going to have to buy her own jar because she now wants to have her brows done using mine

Scrub the surface of your skin with something abrasive to allow full absorption, treat area with this product, wrap in cling wrap, in apx 1 hour you won't feel a thing. Yes this product worked well. Thank God.

My last Brazilian wax was sooo painful, that I decided to finally try a numbing cream. I was a bit nervous that I’d get a reaction, but did not! At first when putting it on, I did feel a stinging sensation but it went away. Then, it increased the heat sensitivity to the wax, BUT the waxing was a 5/10 pain as opposed to 10/10 pain last time, so it definitely takes the edge off! Also, I only put it on for about 35 minutes so I’m sure it works even better if left on with the wrap for longer.

I applied the product liberally and wrapped the area in plastic. I left it on for about 1 hour and 20 minutes and then removed it before heading to my tattoo appointment. It was removed for about 25 minutes before the tattoo began. The tattoo took about an hour and a half. The first 40ish minutes of the tattoo there was a noticeable reduction in pain (so about an hour after I removed the product). After that the effect was pretty much gone, and my perception of pain was even more than I believe it would have been had I not used it at all. I will probably use this again for small and short tattoo sessions, but I think it made my overall experience was worse since my tattoo took longer than the numbing effect lasted.BTW I believe the description states this can be effective for something like 7 hours. Absolutely false. It does work, but not for nearly that long.

I use numbing cream on my face for micro needling. I have a goatee and, I don’t apply the cream anywhere near my mouth. After 20 minutes my lips were numb. This is my new “ go to “ anytime I am doing a procedure FROM NOW ON !The best I have found on Amazon so far!!
