I started experiencing hair loss a few years ago and I've been trying to find a solution for it ever since. I've tried several supplements bu found them to be either ineffective or extremely pricey. I've tried this brand before and decided to give it a try. So far, seems to be helping and i've noticed less of a loss on my hair. The pills are easy to swallow and the value is great. I was super excited to try these until I realized the dose is 4 capsules a day (2 in the morning, 2 at night). I’m lucky if I remember to take my multivitamin gummies once a day. These have a lot of Vitamin A, C, Zinc, Folate, and Biotin in them, so be careful if you already take a multivitamin. I make sure to take them first thing in the morning and at dinner, but still take my women’s multi at lunch. Whatever my body doesn’t need, it’ll pee out (I hope ).Now, 4 of these is 10,000mcg of biotin. That’s a HEFTY dose. You might experience some unwanted hair growth with a dose like this. I should know, because it often times happens to me when I take biotin. I’m 41 and have been experiencing hair loss since having my son, plus I had Covid hair loss and lots of stress. I normally take 5,000mcg and do ok, but anything higher than that causes me to get some stray chin and neck hairs! 😒 When that happens, I back down to half a dose or even a half dose every few days.I love the fact there’s collagen in here, and they clearly mention the source: hydrolyzed collagen I & II (bovine). There’s some other things like L-Lysine & even Hyaluronic Acid.My only issue is the taste! It has a bit of a gamey/fishy/yuck taste. It’s not as bad as fish oil, but i don’t love it.If you need to supercharge your hair growth, try this!! Just remember it’s ok to back down to a smaller dose if you get TOO MUCH growth. Having 4 pills a day means you can take anywhere from 1-4.Hope this helps! 😎

This is a great product that combined vitamins and supplements for any gender looking to help rebuild skin or hair density. It doesn't work overnight, obviously, but I was quite pleased with the gradual and consistent changes to my hair and skin while finishing up the bottle

These capsules do have a very strong odor and a mildly unpleasant taste, but they WORK. I like the twice0daily dosage, so I know my body is absorbing more of the active ingredients. This supplement contains an impressive array of ingredients that contribute to hair, skin, and nail health, and I have definitely noticed an increase in fullness, and a reduction of shedding in my hair. My skin seems more glossy, too, which is a nice bonus. I'm very happy with this product, and am willing to swallow the less-than-ideal taste because the benefits are worth it.

I’m not ready to take 4 per day, which would provide 10,000 biotin. I already take a multi vitamin, so I don’t want to overdo my daily intake of vitamin A or some of the other duplicate components I’m starting out slowly with two and will cautiously add more once I assess how this works. Biotin can effect bloodwork results, so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re planning any medical tests while taking these.

If there is one supplement that I will not give up it is Biotin. This package offers other items along with the Biotin that I feel are helpful. So I will take this instead. Biotin has made my hair fuller and definitely help with very strong fingernails as well. I only take 5000 mcg of biotin so that is a bonus. This package will last me twice as long as stated.
