I have only drank this tea in the evening. I find it relaxing. Don’t know if it helps me sleep as I don’t have any issues sleeping.

What’s the difference between a bag and a sachet

I think a lot of tea bags are made of filter paper; a sachet is fabric that holds the tea in a little bundle.

Why does this item not returnable? and where does it state not eligible for return?

I wished I didn't buy it after receiving the tea. For the price I was disappointed.
