Its basic, and it's nothing special..!I give this product 3 stars..I wanted a video doorbell that was discreet, and one that did not have motion sensing, and one that only works when the button is pressed.. There are not many products I could find on the market. I took a risk with this product, knowing little about it.. I could find no reviews on it, so it was a blind buy..!This is what I think about it after its been fitted and used..Its a good concept for discreet, remote digital door viewing, but overpriced for what you get..I would be more happy and give it an extra star, if I paid in the region of £60-80.. Rather than over £130. I unfortunately can't review item as I returned it twice. Both times it arrived in unsealed bashed box. The first one's viewer had the screen protector partly picked off, and only some items in plastic wrapper. I returned it, and second one I received had different items wrapped in plastic from the first and the viewer had finger prints on it. The back of transmitter was scratched and marked as if it had been previously fitted to door. If I had bought this in the warehouse sale at half price I wouldn't have minded so much, but I paid full price at over £100 and expected a sealed box etc. I was wary about drilling door and fitting an item that seemed to have been previously returned. I am disappointed, perhaps it would have been great, but I didn't want to try a third time as I think items returned like this may just be getting sent out again.
