This was a well thought out product. I purchased two for my dogs based on the positive reviews and comments that this product reduces the ability for dogs to twist the strap and “get stuck” or unable to move around as well. When I installed them in the car, which was very easy, I was immediately impressed by the design and construction. On the end that fastens to the car, there are two fastener options (one is like the end of a human seatbelt, the other is a clip that fastens onto a hook in the car). There is a loop that holds the one fastener out of the way if you use the other (reducing the ability for the dog to get injured on what would be a “loose” item). I also really love the fastener that attaches to the dog’s harness. It has a safety clasp to keep it from opening once they are fastened in. I highly recommend and will purchase more if needed in The future.

We bought this because Sherlock's previous car restraint only had the seatbelt latch and he has the uncanny ability to step on the seatbelt latch and free himself. Hooking him to the child-seat latch points keeps him in the backseat and I feel like it will hold better IF we ever need it to hold in a wreck. Also, the beefier latch on the harness end is much easier to connect.

Way better quality than I was expectingThe anchors and heavy and durable, they remind me of the anchors to my kids carseats!The hooks are heavy and thick so I have no fear of my dogs breaking them.Even the elastic is strong.100% recommend if your looking for something to keep your pups safe or like me wanted to be able to hook them into the back of my suv so they don't jump all over my kids carseats

I feel much better opening the door, knowing my puppy can't jump out. Wish the clip on either side would be big enough to accomodate the headrest pole.

Nothing about this is less than quality. Would buy again and again.

Love that I can teather it to the safety hooks since he manages to unbuckle it when it's clipped in. Does good for keeping the monster in the back seat. The clip could be heavier made but other than that its great
