Inaccurate Sizing
I followed the measurement instructions exactly and the ring still arrived WAY too small. I'm not sure as to the value or usage rating, as I couldn't even fit it on my finger.

It worked for two days then stopped.
I liked the idea of the ring because the other options had a watch on them and i didn’t wear two watches. The ring I believed was the best answer. I need to have something to monitor my body because I had a stroke and i’m trying to avoid another one. I don’t like that technology isn’t there yet.

Does not stay Synced
Liked the ring and concept (bc I don't like wearing watches), but does not and would not stay synced. I ended up returning the product.

Will not charge, got no meaningful support
First, I did get this through the Vine program in exchange for a review, so it didn't cost me anything, but even so I'm annoyed. The ring comes with a charging box and a USB cable, and the ring itself. It only fit my pointer finger, but that's a me problem, and no fault of the ring...just be aware that if you have thick sausage fingers, you might be challenged to get it to fit.The instruction manual is in poorly translated English, with such severe grammatical errors it is a bit hard to interpret. The app itself is incredibly poorly designed, as it doesn't have some basic functions like being able to quit out of a window if it's just stuck...which it certainly will be. Supposedly as soon as the charging box is opened the ring is ready to be paired via bluetooth, but the app never found it and didn't appear as an option on my bluetooth settings, either. The ring simply wouldn't charge - according to the manual the LED indicator will be red while charging and green when charged. But mine never did anything other than blink red.I tried it on a couple of different USB ports, wondering if that might be the issue, but no matter how long I left it to charge, it never did. I lined up the magnetic dot on the inside of the ring with the charging post, and felt the magnetic "click" of a positive connection, but still, no charging. I wrote to the support line requesting help, and received a copy-paste reply in dubious English that re-iterated what was in the manual, and offered no further help. I replied with my more specific concern - that it wasn't charging, and got back the exact same copy-paste email in reply, no doubt automated with no human actually reading support requests. Or if they were, not a speaker of English. For me, this product is worthless. It won't charge or do anything, and the company does not meaningfully reply to requests for support.

Doesn’t track my sleep & just seems low quality.
It says it’s going to be able to track sleep but it doesn’t . And my temperature is never right it’s way under what a normal temp wouldBe and rarely changes. All I can say is I think I’ll get the real version now that I know I’ll wear it. But this off brand Oura ring just ain’t it sis.
