Whilst the jacket is warm, soft and fluffy it does not have a company label or washing instructions label on the inner side like you would get on any clothing items purchased on high street store. Needed to contact amazons to ask seller to send instructions for washing this item. Disappointed because these can not be used as gifts.

Disappointed with purchase. It seems quite poor quality compared to picture and comes up very small. Will keep as a warm jacket for indoors if needed but would have liked it to be as the photo. Inexpensive item and should have realised it would not have been too good.

Nothing like advertisement. I'm 16 to 18 so ordered 4xl which barely fitted. Cheap but still not good value.

A poor sizing. Too small. Meant for me a XL size but given item to my five year old grand daughter.
