I’m sure this is the curry sauce used in take aways. It says use 100g of paste to 300ml of water, but I had to used 40% less paste to make it to the consistency you would generally find from a take away. It’s very authentic and better than take away sauce, as you can make it to the consistency you like and it tastes exactly the same. 10/10

Like this, easy to use and makes a tasty sauce. Coupled with velveting the chicken, flipping the meat and chunky veg in a hot wok, this makes a very nice 'Chinese Curry' equal to if not better than a takeaway. Long shelf life.

Purchased 2 of these curry sauces but one was received damaged and according to Amazon cannot return. Have also tried customer service but to no avail. The Sauce its self is very good just a pity I have to bin one as damaged (opened and leaking)
