This is exactly what it looks like, it is a Ball mason jar with a plastic lid and a pour spout. The opening is large enough to get my hand in so its really easy to clean. I immediately made lemonade in the jar and 2 things I noticed, 1 I could fit a good amount in there so i was happy with the size and 2 the lid feels a bit light and maybe not strong enough for a full jar. it worked with support under the jar but I would have hoped for a handle i could just pour with, the weight of a full jar was a bit heavy for just the handle. the lid works fine as a lid sealed nice no spillage I wouldn't trust completely turning it upside down but this works perfectly for what it is supposed to do plus it looks really nice to see the lemonade and lemon slices through the pitcher. i would definitely buy another one of these if i find i need another.

This is such a clever idea. The product description mentioned its use for sun tea, and that's exactly what I wanted it for. When it arrived, we discovered that the screw-on lid also fits the other large Ball jar I was using to make iced sun tea - a real bonus! Using a handle like this definitely makes it easier to pour, and even to handle without touching the jar (when the jar has been in the sun for several hours, it tends to get fairly hot). The only reason I'm not giving it a '5' rating is because the space between the handle and the jar is pretty narrow and someone with larger fingers than mine might have trouble getting them around the handle (on the one I received, when the lid is screwed on tightly, it lines up with the edge of the jar, not the flat part, meaning that the space for fingers is narrow). On the other hand, once the jar is filled with liquid, the weight of the liquid in the jar causes the space between the jar and the handle to expand when liquid is being poured, due to the weight pulling the jar and the handle apart, so it's probably not a big issue for most people. It is working for us. One final note: there's a small plastic ring on the top of the jar lid that can be angled upwards. Not sure what that's for, but our best guess is that maybe it's meant to hang the jar by? We just set ours on a table outside or on the ground, but who knows? In any event, I'd recommend the product, since the top part with the handle fits other large Mason jars and having a handle on the jar makes pouring iced tea much more civilized ;).

This is great for fresh milk! I have my own on-farm dairy and my family drinks our pasteurized milk. I store milk in half gallon glass jars with standard canning lids, but the lids tend to rust and it’s very easy to spill. I’ve been using this Mason jar pitcher for a couple weeks now and love it! The lid doesn’t leak even when I shake the jar upside down several times. The flip cap is nice and keeps the milk from spilling during pouring. The flip cap stays up on its own too so you can pour with a single hand (instead of having to hold the cap open). The handle bends a little while pouring but not much, and I think it will hold up over time. The Mason jar is a standard half gallon wide mouth glass canning jar. If for some reason the jar breaks the lid can be used on any wide mouth jar. My kids are happy that they can pour their own milk without spilling all over!

My favorite iced tea pitcher broke recently so I was excited when I spotted this one. With the classic Ball design and a sturdy lid and handle, I couldn’t be happier.My last pitcher took up quite a bit of room in my refrigerator and I was hoping to find something more streamlined. The picture and description are accurate and this pitcher is a really good size, not crowding out the rest of the beverages in there.I usually brew tea as a concentrate making it super strong and then add lots of ice and cold water according to taste, especially for guests. This pitcher is good for that with plenty of volume for the way I brew tea. The pitcher is a nice size for serving lots of different beverages if I decide to switch it up and will look great on the table when company visits.The pour spout works well and the pitcher feels substantial. I like the overall look of this pitcher with its farmhouse, classic feel. This pitcher is a great find and I foresee using it for years to come.

I use this jar pitcher for some home made juice as well as horchata and other powders, so the lid has an open pour spout where I can use a funnel to make. It has a silicone ring that is unattached so Im not sure what the purpose is it in having it not be glued to the lid, but without it the jar will leak if shaken even sparingly. It won't be an issue if simply pouring but you have to tighten shut close, it still however won't mitigate some leakage if shaken - -the only way to avoid that is stirring with the lid open. The Jar itself doesn't feel cheap it's thick glass. The lid however doesnt give me confidence in pouring it with the handle itself and not a premium level plastic that I've used in some shaker bottles. I've had about a dozen shaker bottles from protein brands and it's comparable to those however given the weight this jar holds, I will deduct a star for the lid and not sealing the best if shaken. The main pro of this jar is it saves fridge space.

I have been on a search for a glass pitcher to store my ice tea in the fridge. The Mason Jar Pitcher with Pour Spout Handle 64oz fit the size and function I was looking for. My previous ice tea container was made of plastic and spilled all over the place. Not with this pitcher I can pour and not one drop ends up outside of my cup. I am concerned that the handle feels flimsy. I do wish that the handle was made of a thicker, more substantial plastic. The seal in my lid also keeps falling out. For this reason I can only rate this 4 stars. It actually scares me to use it because it is glass and when filled up it's heavy and the handle flexes.
