My ribs were sore after an aggressive cough I had, it was quite painful to move around. I put this on and within a day or 2 the pain had gotten WAY better and manageable. Easy to sleep with it on and wear it under my shirt at work.

I cracked a couple of ribs a week or so ago and, with my physical therapist's assistance, have been trying to use the support of bandaging, which works great when he puts it on, but not when I try try to put it back on alone after a shower.This wrap is sturdy, and doesn't slip, as well as being easy to put on and take off by myself. It doesn't roll and can be adjusted throughout the day as needed,

Good brace with lots of stretch for pressure adjustment. Slipped on the ice and injured my ribs on my right side high up under my arm. Doc said tape it or wrap it and wanted 150 for a brace. I got this and started wearing it for sleep and when walking with good results. Learned a lesson to keep wearing it as symptoms improve. A small draw back is that it will fold onto itself if you don't have it tight or if it is too far down toward you waist. Ladies it also makes a good girdle when wearing formal dress. Remember to wear it long term. As soon as I felt better I stopped only to re-injure the area when I picked up a box. Be smart and you'll be well quicker.

The brace isn't as large as picture and doesn't support that well. The velcro very difficult to work with and constant snags on shirts. Basically wow 2x and called it quits.
