However, while easy to use on yourself, it'll feel much better and be more effective if you can get someone to use it on areas like your back, for example. It'll be a more thorough massage, especially with providing relief in those difficult arm bending places.If used with too much force/pressure, the plastic rollers are a bit uncomfortable, and can hurt depending on how sore you are. It would be ideal to replace the tough plastic with softer materials like rubber, silicone, or even a firm foam to make the experience more comfortable.After a tiring day or post-workout, this massage roller does help in relieving sore muscles and reducing muscle tension, just don't roll too hard.
