I HATE rolled parchment paper. It never tears straight, is almost never the size I meant it to be, and it curls up in the pan. This solved all those problems and can be used more than once before being tossed. The sheets fit perfectly in a Nordic Ware half sheet pan. The packaging is minimal, which I like because there is less waste and it still arrived in good condition. A small splurge that makes time in the kitchen more enjoyable.

This is good parchment that works well for roasting vegetables and baking. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but when a product says 12x16, it should be 12x16, not 11 13/16 x 15 5/8. This is more convenient than cutting parchment paper, but I have to wash my pans more often because my NordicWare pans are not completely covered. See photo. I miss being able to store rolled parchment with other wraps. We still haven't figured out where to store a big flat parchment pack in our kitchen, but this is not the product's fault.

I love these parchment papers bc I didn’t want to consume aluminum foil anymore. My partner and I are working little by little on how we can cook healthier and feel better. Using these papers is a small but wonderful step in cooking healthier. I have no issues at all with this paper and will be repurchasing them soon!

I live for these in my kitchen now. My cookie sheets stay pretty and clean up is so much easier. I cut most of them in half since they are bigger so I feel like I’m getting double the order.

These sheets are great. One side has a super thin layer of wax which helps keep stuff from sticking to it (I had that problem with another brand recently which is why I swapped brands). Great product. Will buy again! <3 Thank you for a quick, easy delivery.

These papers were a little too slippery for my liking. They also left about 1/2 to 3/4 an inch boarder exposed, so it left more pan clean-up than I enjoy. But they were inexpensive and depending on your use, they could work perfect.

If only the papers came in in-tact packaging! The cellophane was horribly ripped and now I have a stack of flimsy parchment papers that won't stay neatly in a stack now.

I really like the convenience of these pre-measured parchment paper sheets. They are not as thick as what comes on a roll, but still work very well. I am pleased.
