Bad protact.
I bought this phone it doesn't work good the processor is poor it works very slow and also when you call or receive a call the voice is so bad most of the time you don't anderstan you have to repeat so I try to return it and it doesn't allow me to return so please don't spend your money on this item.

Horrible phone.
Processor is super slow. Phone constantly stalls, color is off and so many more issues with it. Highly recommend for no one to waste their money on it like I did! HORRIBLE!!

Not what is advertised
The phone is cheap, although the outer housing is metal the back is cheap and plastic .The camera front and rear facing are not 48mp and 108mp. They are 8mp. Only 1 of the 3 lenses actually function. The pictures are grainy and the live picture is obscure. On the other side The screen display is bright and clear. All of the icons mimic an iPhones’s. I have not activated sim in it nor will I. I’m not really happy with the phone.

The phone glitches
You cannot download games the phone glitches and it’s a very cheap phone and a very upset and I would like my money back. I would never in my life purchased this again.

The phone is not compatible with anything it's a scam they just rip you off so save your money and do not buy a used phone from Amazon

Hinkey.
It lags a lot and hesitates when switching screens never giving a feel that it's actually working correctly. It's got all kinds of hardware, but it doesn't put that to good use. I returned both that I purchased and instead went back to a tried and true Motorola.

the touch screen is superb
If you wish to use iphone but cannot effort than this is the make you should think of with very less price with similar like iphone looks and some few applications

It was horrible item!! After phone became soo hot !! Camera is awful!! Takes horrible pictures!!
Didn’t like nothing about it . It was a horrible buy !! I don’t recommend anyone to buy this product!! Only after couple of minutes talk time the phone became extremely hot !! Camera is taking awful pictures!! While talk on messenger on video it jumps around!! I wish I knew before I bought it !! It was too good to be true !! It was my fault for buying it for my niece!!! Now she is extremely upset with me!!!
