First, I'll address the "cons"... the kit is a bit overpriced... for probably 20% less, you could find a good bag, and buy each thing individually... so if you're value conscious and don't mind the wait and inconvience, I guess do that.The bag itself is well made and the zipper is good quality. The stuff inside is well organized, and the kit is extremely thorough for something so compact. Generally speaking, you may need some training in order to be able to utilize the kit fully and completely. Additionally, many off the products inside are equally useful for either people or puppy emergencies if you are out hiking with your best friend.
