love this cheese for Nachos

This mild nacho cheese sauce has an excellent taste and is not overly spicy. I use it in several dishes that I cook. I also add it to my recipe for Mac and cheese. I have bought it several times and it is a family favorite. It is not necessary to use a great deal to liven up any food. The can contains a large amount for the price that is charged. It is thick and spreads smoothly on any food item of your choice.

This was way too spicy! I’m not overly sensitive to heat but this was very spicy… surprising because it claims to be mild! it was also watery once heated

Ok, so the texture is a little odd on its own. But the price is very reasonable and, like Velveta, it really shines in dips. Some of my favorite concoctions have been 50/50 with Hormel beanless canned chili for a chili/cheese dip (great on hot dogs), 50/50 with Rotel canned tomatos and chilis for queso dip, and 50/50 with canned refried beans and a handful of chopped jalapenos for a cheesy bean dip. You could probably combine all of the above ingredients and make something delicious (haven't tried it yet). Anyway, for the price, it's worth a try. I like the spicy version, but some reviewers have found it a little too hot; best to start with the mild and spice it up to your liking.

I’ve never had nacho cheese like this before, in a very bad way. It was weirdly clumpy, gloopy, slimy, and plasticky. I heated up a small amount, for extra time than usual, and it still lost all heat before I made it to the kitchen table and got some chips. The taste was equal parts bland and strange. I’m not sure if I got a bad can, but I will not risk it by ever purchasing this again. Super disappointing.
