Quality replacement
Replaced failing Toto valve that had been in use for more than a decade. It is unfortunate that the valve cannot be repaired but install and adjustment was easy. Working well without issue, and overall quality was in line with original after about 120 days of use.

Easy to adjust and an exact universal fit
I was disappointed that the tank filler on a toilet I had for less than 2 years started filling really loudly. Took a chance after searching for possible causes - this was the easiest and cheapest possible solution, so I gave it a shot. SO GLAD I took the gamble! It solved the problem of a loud filler valve, was easy to replace and adjust for the proper height - just compare it to the old and take 3 minutes TO ACTUALLY READ the instructions. Super easy!

Universal’ish
This unit does replace many, including my, Toto cistern filler. It can be adjusted to ensure that the height inside the cistern is correct for the desired fill level. It is easy to fit. It works perfectly. But… the length of the threaded tube below/outside the cistern is about 1/8” longer than the unit that was fitted in my cistern (and which this unit is supposed to replace).This extra 1/8” meant that my perfectly plumbed solid pipe from the tap to the bottom of the refiller unit no longer fitted. I had to replace it with a braided flexible pipe. It’s not a big deal. It’s just we had a top quality craftsman-fitted bit of pipe work, and now we have a generic flexi tube. All because the tail of the refilled unit is just a bit longer than the original unit it is supposed to replace.

Works great
My old Toto valve stopped working and water continuously leaked. The toilet was installed over 20 years ago. I looked up the reference under the toilet bin lid. I found this is the new model for my valve ( the old valve system had been discontinued). The most complicated part was removing the old valve. Once this was done it was easy to install the new one. It works like a charm!

Excellent product
Although visually different from the original, this valve is a perfect fit, and the adjustable feature for the float height means it will probably fit almost any application.
