I found a plastic dish on Amazon under, Ashman Premium Bird Feeding Station Bath Tray, they have several bird items but if you scroll through the search results you will find the bowl showing on a circle loop which is not included in purchase.

I have this feeder, but I am four floors up so I don’t have dove problem. Yours must be placed too low. I would search the Web for Dove articles. When I had houses I was always trying to figure out how to feed my dove families without feeding the rodents at the same time!
