Does not solve the hard water problem

This product probably reduces the residue of hard water after natural drying, but certainly does not prevent the "staining". So far, the only way I have found to prevent the residue spoiling the finish is to hand dry with an absorbent microfiber towel. The cost of filtering the hard water is too expensive long term. Collecting and using rain water for rinsing is worth a try - my next project. Combined with Autogloss Rinse, this may be the best solution.

Leaves your car gleaming

This product will never stop me waxing my car, but in the short term it leaves my car gleaming.On my other "work-horse" vehicle it too has the same effect including beading of water on the paintwork for a day or two. It may be just me but it also appears to blacken the plastic trim, which is an unexpected bonus.The dilution ratio is 1: 100 so I'm going to have to leave whats left in this huge tub in my will!Next to beer it is my new favourite liquid.
