Can this be used for 2 stroke motorbikes?

Probably fine. But it's for 2 stroke landscape machines. Same engines but smaller . I would buy oil designed for the larger motorbike engine

Is this ready mixed and able to use straight from the bottle

You mix it with petrol, 1 gallon of fuel to 1 bottle = 50:1 mix

I've not seen any smoke using this - I'm not sure if it depends on what your mixture ratio is (my strimmer and hedge cutter are both 50:1), but I'm very pleased with the product.
